Alexis is as sweet as can be, and her groom, Bradley is absolutely charming. Alexis and her mom found my store and the creative ideas for her wedding just flooded in. Alexis had a beautiful vision for her wedding, peach and gray, vintage, and a bit of twinkly sparkle. We had tons of fun working together to make her ideas come to life. For the special day, French Knot Weddings made her bridal sash. For a little something extra, I stitched their initials in a silver thread among the fabric rosettes, lace, and vintage jewelry. Her shoe clips feature rhinestones, feathers, and silk rosettes. She wanted to give her bridesmaids beautiful keepsakes; belt, hair clip, and statement necklace. The groomsmen got custom neckties with their names embroidered on the back. The bride wrote out a sweet sentiment for the groom and we embroidered her handwriting on his pocket square. Her veil was edged by hand with ivory satin ribbon and glass seed beads in shimmery peach, iridescent ivory, and antique silver. Her headpiece was made separately so she could forgo the veil for an evening of dancing. Seersucker fabric flowers were tucked into her bouquet, and lace from her mother-in-law’s veil was made into flowers and leaves and added to the groom’s boutonniere and the bouquet. Such a beautiful day for two wonderful people.
