Real Wedding: Jenn and Brett

Jenn contacted me with an interesting and super sweet request, “can you make a bow tie out of my grandfather’s tie?”  Of course I can, and what a sentimental idea.  So Jenn sent me the necktie.

Jenn also incorporated one of my favorite things into her wedding, COLOR!!  Loving the back of Brett’s super snazzy groom’s vest, and adorable boys bow tie.  I had just a little bit of tie fabric left over, so I made a few flowers out of it for her bouquet.  Clearly, Jenn’s grandfather was a special person.  And side note, sewing with little tears welling up is tricky, but the whole idea was just sooooo sweet, and I’m a huge softy!

Their photographer, Cryolfe Photography, was kind enough to share some images of their colorful day.  Lots of smiles and fun had by all!
